My name is Terik Greensberry. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received his Master's of Social Work from the University of South Florida in 2016. As a youth, I struggled with intense anger and hopelessness. Largely, due to the fact that I grew up in the foster care system. I had the privilege of being a School Social Worker for three years. Now, with both personal and clinical experience, he seeks to counsel, support, and encourage!
Hello my name is Kelly Johnson. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 19 years of experience. I developed my psychotherapy approach working in a variety of practice settings, with various populations. Presenting issues in my work include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief and loss, trauma, parenting skills, and family reunification. When our lives are not balanced our mental, spiritual, and physical wellness suffer. I believe in everyone's right to self determination. I am a huge proponent of exploring inner strength, empowerment, and self advocacy to guide you through your journey to achieve balance and fulfillment. Are you pouring from an empty cup? Although we cannot change the difficulties experienced in the past, we can work together to explore your life's path and focus on the here and now to better your future, and find harmony.

We strive to be multicultural and diverse! Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. We utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) , and Mindfulness to serve our clients. In home therapy can be an option. We Accept United Health, Cigna, Humana, and Aetna insurance.
These are options available for clients who are unable to do face to face therapy. Our practice utilizes a HIPPA compliant video platform. This became an essential instrument during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our practice will continue to offer this model of therapy.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy, often referred to as ART, is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies but shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly (usually within 1-5 sessions). Clients suffering from trauma and other mental health problems such as Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Addictions/ Substance Abuse , Performance Anxiety, Family Issues, Victimization/Poor Self Image, Victimization/Sexual Abuse, Relationship Issues/Infidelity, Codependency, Grief, Job Related Stress, Pain Management, Memory Enhancement and many other mental and physical conditions can experience remarkable benefits starting in the first session. The client is always in control of the entire ART session, with the therapist guiding the process.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
